I'm not too sure about mushrooms Bunny but some Chorizo Sausage diced would add a bit of extra spice. Fry it in with the rest of the sausages and the paprika would blend in well with the pork and leek. With four pork and leek sausages I would think a diced piece of Chorizo about 2 or 3 inches long would do the trick.
