Forum sometimes slow

The forum slows down when you try and post or reply sometimes. Nothing to worry about, ear with it and your post will be made.

I'm looking at it now!

I keep getting a message from Internet Explorer telling me that it can't get a connection and aborts the programme. I wonder whether this is due to stuff still dowloading when I try to get into one of the forums. It seemed to do it most often when I was getting into the quiz. I have dowloaded my IE software without any success in the number of aborted programmes. The only time the programme seems to be a bit slow is when wanting to make a post or when I am trying to get into a section which has a number of other folk working in there. Overall, I don't think there is a major problem - it just wants a bit of patience when posting or viewing posts before posting.

I've noticed a delay because of stats programs and links taking a long time to load in the background.

It's the connection to the server that is the problem but it's being worked on. Never fear - we aren't going to disappear never to return again

It seems to do that to me when I am in Arcades!
No wonder I can't go past a certain level ! It is Adam slowing the system

The DC are still investigating and in the meantime I'm going to run some cleanup scripts on the db !
