Default Trojan Horses from GC

I am getting a large number of reports from Avast! of Trojan horses trying to access my computer from GC. This is a screen shot of the first batch(!).

I'm leaving GC for now to avoid any potential problems. Will try again later this afternoon.

The site, incidentally, appeared to be unaccessible yesterday evening.

I've got Avast free edition and no alert has come up on the pop up box. I will start a full scan along with my anti spyware & malware and let you know from this end.

Scan is under way now.

No problems here but it's always best to be safe than sorry. I use Firefox with a few add-ons to stop adverts and errant scripts.

My Avast scan came back clean after a full scan.

Nothing is happening here, now. At least I know that my AV seems to be working.

Anti spyware found one tracking cookie but that is nothing to worry about, easy to delete.

Anti malware was clean.

Btw, I assume that the site was down for most of yesterday for the rest of you. I cannot find any posts after about 0945 anyway.

I tried to access the site throughout yesterday afternoon and evening. I finally managed at about 0100 this morning, but by then it was time for bed!

It's funny how you miss things when they're not there.

I did eventually access the site but could not post so went somewhere where you could.

This site needs some serious maintenance, it's down more than it's up, and when it is up it's
extremely slow . Don't know who the techies are but suggest they do some
housekeeping before all the members go elsewhere

Trojan attacks don't help the cause either
