It's the same with me too. Loads of times I just go on a You Tube journey, following links. How is anyone supposed to know if something is copyrighted or not? As I said at the top of this thead. This isn't about YouTube or Viacomm or even protection of copyright. It's anal American Lawyers arguing the toss about the finer points of American law which in their eyes means worldwide law. Of course in the eyes of the rest of the world it means diddly squat.

Hey like most things in America just treat it as the Cabaret, and as for the American legal system, just remember the O J Simpson trial.

It didn't even occur to me to block youtube. Nothing will come of this, just like all the other "warnings" there have been.
