Sprouts are OK if you put them on at Easter.

Sounds pretty wholesome, doesn't it? I'd prefer my Xmas dinner as it comes, though. Even the sprouts which are admissable on and around Xmas, only.

You know that sprouts were only invented by the Belgians because they had no room to grow cabbages after the Netherlands split away from Hapsburg rule
