Default Marmalade

Just as a matter of interest, my local Sainsbury's had Seville oranges in stock today (first time I've seen them in a supermarket) which, of course, are the prime ingredient in marmalade.
PS Don't forget the sugar you'll need too.

I'll have a look next time I pop into our local branch, it's been a while since I made marmalade. I don't buy it often as I haven't yet found a brand that isn't too sweet. I prefer it very 'orangey' and slightly bitter.

You make it as you want it. Just that Seville oranges are the one and only for making marmalade.
