Kangaroo is great. Very tasty and I've just found a local restaurant that serves it! I'm thinking that the kangaroo might not be quite so local!

Esca's post on another thread reminded me of Chicken Fried Steak, common in certain Southern US States.

It's beef, but done like fried chicken. If you want chicken in the middle you need to order (and this is the truth) Chicken Fried Chicken.
