Problems Bombing Out Of The Site.

The last few days I've had probs where I just lose the connection to GC but can still access other web sites.

Is it just me?

Not sure.. I can't recreate the problem from my end but I've a feeling that there might be a gremlin somewhere! Does it do it on any specific page, or action?

Heard a lot about this one Jez but it never happens to me. We think it's because I always type the address in and don't use favourites. Try updating you favourites (Ctrl D),

I use the site from a favourite link and never have any problems.

The only thing I know that does cause a problem is if you access the site through generalchat.co.uk rather than www.generalchat.co.uk (note the www).

It's not necessarily accessing GC, it's when I am in it and moving to new posts or a new page of a thread.

Errr are you getting timeout messages or is it a crash needing a three fingered salute to recover?

I've been having the same problems as Jezer. I usually lose connection in between posts

I thought it was just my crappy PC, so i'm happy just knowing it's not anything happening at my end

I'm not having crash problems but there are times when loading a page seems to take forever.
