If I click on the home page or GC at the top left, whilst on GC, that stupid thing still jumps in?

Nowt to do with us that ollie - probably the changeover from AOL to CPW causing it

I dare not even look Marnie. I found out why my going from page to page was darned slow though! One of the discs wasn't working to its full capacity, but isall sorted now.

CPW = Carphone Warehouse who own the UK part of AOL.
