I have just spent 2 hours sorting out the reputation on a forum I help, and after a few heart attacks when I realised I pasted a template into the wrong section and had to go back and stuff, I know have what adam wanted ages ago.
It has the added column of what the rep value was at that given time, I am working on making a xml file which gives you an option of allowing it to be seen by certain usergroups like the "who gave you rep".

It shows you the rep you have recieved but in this case, this user can't see who gave it - all he can see is how much
he can see
who he gave reps to, and how much, and there is a little function whereby you can remove that given rep in 5 (or whatever) mins.
