I think there must be something more in the railway records about why they lost Vineyard place. They were tied cottages, rent was automatically deducted so there could be no question of arrears. I suspect there is more backstory here probably the reason they moved Wales to his in-laws family. They didn't say where he was living in Llanelli I reckon the Census would be interesting reading.
