Been out and it's lovely here.

Off to Wiltshire later to do a few things including a visit to a garden centre.

I will attempt to spatchcock a chicken later. That sounds illegal!

Sunny here with a bit of a breeze. Don't know if I will do anything today other the bimble round the house a bit...dratted sciatica is crippling me and I have no blasted painkillers.

It's really sunny here today I have just been out in the garden, I don't quite know what I am going to do today but hopefully I shall find something to keep me occupied!

No I haven't Jezer, It's not usually a serious problem just one of those nasty niggly things that I have learned to live with. Occasionally like today when it is really bad so I usually take co-codamol which knocks me out unfortunately I ran out and forgot to drop the repeat prescription form in at the doctor's. As the day has progressed it has eased so now it's just a dull ache which is bearable
