Tuesday indeed...an bright and breezy day here. I have a job application to work on today. One of those horrible ones...please describe a time when you had to work with others to achieve something. Within your answer you should include the situation, what you did and how you did it and the outcome. There is a limit of 250 words.

Have a good day peeps

Oh that sounds ever so familiar Bunny....... I actually have a selection of answers to questions like that saved on my computer which I cut and paste when I need them. It seems these days that a lot of applications have questions like that. About a year ago I had no idea what to write on an application form so I posted the questions on my forum and got people to suggest answers for me!

Anyway today it can't decide if it is sunny or raining..... most odd. I was out in the garden before and spotted wasps going in and out of a crack in the next door neighbour's wall..... turns out he has a wasps nest.

I'm still feeling a little bit ill... Is it flu when you have the shakes? Or maybe I need to detox

At the risk of boring the pants off everyone...here's my first effort...feel free to comment or suggest amendments. Ta peeps

During my degree course there were a number of occasions when coursework was to be produced by groups. These groups were chosen randomly to ensure students experienced working with people other than friends. One group consisted of six individuals who were required to produce a piece of work illustrating six features of the City of Plymouth the group considered showed the essence of the city.

A first requirement was to get to know one another and discuss the work strategy and establish a deadline. As the mature member of the group I was by tacit agreement appointed leader and co-ordinator. Each stage of the work was decided and agreed by discussion. The format of the work was to be a photograph of each chosen location and a descriptive narrative written by each member of approximately 250 words.

Through discussion, locations were decided and I was appointed photographer, on production of the photographs each member then produced their narrative. Meetings took place to discuss presentation and to proof read each other’s writing. As co-ordinator I was in constant contact with the group ensuring that we met our deadline. On completion of individual pieces we met to assemble and bind the document for handing in.

That sounds good to me, and it also sounds like an interesting project. I like the way you have written it, I can't think of anything I would change.

Sounds good Bunny- what about the outcome? So, maybe you could give cooments received by the markers, or a grade if that were given??

I'm just back from Bournemouth having been to the local DVLA office.

It was a model of efficiency and they could not have been more helpful or efficient!
