It isn't but what the heck.

Morning all.

I've got a day by day desk calander of George W. Bushisms- yes there are 366 of them! Today's reads thus- 'This case has had full analyzation and has been looked at a lot. I understand the emotionality of death penalty cases.'

Worrying that he is the most powerful man around.

Still, quiet day today and then off for a meal and theatre later.

You should take the 's' off sizzling and replace it with 'dr'!

One of my routers packed up last night but I have another one to replace it with so no great problem. My much older original one is still going strong.

Got a few things to do but I think the garden is not one of them today!

Slept late, and came downstairs to a sink full of washing up. Did I say I was looking forward to my son being home?

Horrible weather here so the plan for today is washing up, push the hoover round a bit, laundry and then a movie afternoon. I recently bought Singing in the Rain on ebay so I will nip over to the shop for some snacky food and a bottle of wine then curl up and watch it.

Mine to mate...I love old musicals and have collected quite a few from ebay. I have several Rogers and Astaire ones cos I love the dancing and the beautiful gowns Ginger Rogers wears. I also have On the Town, the Glenn Miller Story (love Jimmy Stewart in that), Holiday Inn (first performance of White Christmas in a film) all absolutely fab films. Guess I'm just an old romantic.

Where I work we have a pair of Fred Astaire's dancing shoes together with a signed letter from him.

Singing In The Rain is probably my favourite musical- so many great scenes in it.

Amazing if that was done in one continuous take! I was wincing at some of the falls!
