I don't buy any daily newspapers. I find the idea a little like communicating by letter as opposed to email, old fashioned and out of date by the time you read it. Online, radio and TV news services provide my news intake (BBC, AP, Google etc).
I do however buy the odd local paper for local info, supplements, recent chav activity

etc, and will read papers of any flavour when I encounter them lying about friends houses, work etc.

Bunny, do think that the fact that some people may "define" others by their choice of newspaper says something about the printed press? Rightly or wrongly many will make assumptions about somebody who says they are a Mirror, Times, Morning Star Or Daily Mail reader etc. I personally wouldn't buy a daily paper if it was consistantly associated with points of view I didn't share. If I did share the points of view I wouldn't be shy about saying so.
