Since I'm online and it is Thursday, I thought I'd start the daily thread.

I've just torn the sheet off my daily desk top calender which is George W. Bushisms, bought for me as a Christmas present.

Today's reads thus, and I kid you not-

Morning all.

I've been awake since about 4.30 I've written a long email to a new pal from another forum and am now on my second cup of tea. No idea what I'll do today probably more sorting in advance of the move. If it doesn't rain perhaps I'll do some work in the garden.

Morning all - near the end of the week again already! But BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEEND which is good!

At least GWB can't get another term .. which is just as well really. How anyone (even Americans) can have voted that baboon into office I'll never know. Oh wait, they didn't did they!

oooh it's sunny here. I've hoovered (or should that be dysoned) my bedroom the kitchen lounge and hallway. Had a banana sandwich for breakfast (bananas going speckled so need eating) on a tea break now then off to do some shopping as I need milk. I think I might take time out and go down by the river for a while as the weather is decent, I still have my friend's camera so will take it with me in case there are any ducks or swans about. if not I'll take some pictures anyway.

God save me from bloody bureaucracy (did I spell that right?). Trying to deal with the local council is such a nightmare...you get put in a queue listening to wall paper music then you have to explain your problem to a call handler wtf and it will be four working days before you actually get to speak to someone who can help. Jeepers it's enough to drive a person to drink.
