Poor you Evie, though I have to say I once had an abcess under a wisdom tooth lanced by a very large senior house doctor in an emergency dental A&E. It was the closest I've had to passing out.

Maybe we should rename this thread, but to talk about today- I got the grass cut for the first time in ages!

Hey all

I was out for a couple of days, but am home tonight. I met my boyfriend's kids today, it went ok but I don't think the older one knew what to make of the strange lady with pink hair

I'm quite good with kids as a rule, what with me having the mind of one....

Anyway I must NOT still be on here late at night tonight. I am going to meet my friend off my forum tomorrow, and I have to be up early. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Oh btw, Evie, that sounds nasty, I am glad you are on the mend and hope you enjoy your steak and chips. I could tell you where I once had an abscess, but I don't think I will..... no one will look at me in quite the same way again
