Thanks Selkie.

The field was very full back in 2000, it looked like a lake out there, but the houses here were fine.

Where they had built in the old flood plains in the town was a very different story.

Love the pic, Jezer! I wouldn't mind a view like that from my home!

Managed a couple of hours at a reserve late this morning and early afternoon! Stayed dry until around 2.30pm! Didn't rain for long though!

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday!

Ta Verbena- yes Roe deer.

They are often round here when the cows are not. This is my puter wallpaper- taken from the back door.

Wow J you are so lucky...I'd give anything (well nearly) to be able to see thibngs like that from my window.

It has been a glorious day here. I had a lovely lunchwith Glyn...just cheese and biscuits and fruit but it was great. After we took our cups of tea and sat out on his patio it was baking hot...a bit warm for me but it was lovely to enjoy the sun.

Home now and the sun is still shining. Altogether a very pleasant Sunday. Just hoping that my man turns up on msn later so I can find out how he's feeling after his rotten day yesterday.

Wow you lucked out Bunny...we took the dogs to a huge park about 30 mins away today when the rain stopped and just got back to the car as it started again. But it was SOOOOOOO good to be able to get out!!

Pleased that you had a lovely day Bunny.

A bit warm- I wish!

We are lucky in our position, but it's not a posh house. We like it here though.
