Morning all...a lovely morning here.

Today I'm going over to see me very good friend Glyn...we worked together at HMS Raleigh in fact Glyn, an ex PO writer (Navy clerk) taught me my job. I became very good friends with him and his wife and as she's away in the Quantocks for a couple of days poor Glyn is feeling a bit lonely. He's not a well man suffering from emphysema and the poor soul had a hernia op a couple of weeks ago. So he's invited me over for lunch.

Morning all,

tis a dry but cloudy day here.
I've had a walk in the woods and a cooked breakfast (cooked as usual by hubby) and am planning a lazy day.
Glad that some have some sunshine,have a good day everyone.

Morning - off to do some flood damage checking so will be back later! At least the rain has stopped and the sky is looking blue!

Thanks Sweet Pea...off in a bit as I need to pop into Tesco on the way for more bread (thank goodness Matt's going tomorrow he costs me a fortune in food) and I need petrol.

Hey everyone! I am thrilled that it isn't raining! I hope it lasts. I wasn't around at 5am so I have no idea how the video shoot went this morning, poor Steve I was a very bad person last night. I was playing games on the PC and lost track of time so I rang him at 11pm and he was in bed! I had forgotten he had an early start this morning. I can't wait to see the video, it is for the song Insomnia if anyone has listened to the tracks on the link I posted.

At the moment I am helping Aunty make green tomato chutney! She went out this morning and bought the rest of the stuff we needed. I am concerned we may need a bigger pan though......

Later on I am going out as tonight is another band event this one is in aid of the Royal Naval Associaton Charity. I hope the weather continues to stay dry as this will be outdoors and there is going to be a barbecue. I am especially excited about this one as my sister and her boyfriend are coming with me and they have not met Steve properly before. I'm sure they will get on, everyone loves my sis

Right I'm going to chop onions now......
