Not sure Jezer I think he may have had a South African accent though.

Well it's hectic here Mrs Sooty not well and I'm rushing about trying put the final touches to her Birthday party which I might have to cancel. (Deeply motivating stuff).

Ever onward!

Morning all. Cloudy, windy & chilly here today. No rain yet though, hoping that we don't get any if I'm honest.

Good luck Sooty, and it was Cecil Rhodes.

Afternoon peeps overcast and windy here but I'm not bothered cos I'm going to curl up on the sofa with a packet of sweets (fudge actually) and a good book. Val NcDermid murder mystery...an excellent read.

It's been a rubbish day here today, I have washing on all the radiators. Got a rejection letter from the job I was interviewed for (typical) and have been struggling with web design stuff all day. Am now attempting to get drunk but it seems I can't even do that today...... still there is plenty of time (and alcohol )

Hope you're all doing better than me!

Re : "So much to do; so little done"

I've heard it before, but I don't know for certain.

My instant thought was Cecil Rhodes - but I don't think so now.

I think it might be Alexander The Great, or Caligula ???????

Or is it Sarah Palin ?
