Ok I take it all back..

a few months back, my eldest went out with a couple of friends to his mates house-i said be back by 10.30 or else as he is only 15-11.00 comes nothing 11.30 ditto midnight 3 knocks on the door-i know those knocks from personal experience-evening officer i say and he says how did you know and i just smiled and said nothing

anyway my eldest was drunk and had been found in an alley by two fellas who the police they would have arrested on any other night as they had been reported as causing a fight in a pub earlier that night-one of them held my son in case he was ill and the other called the police on his mobile and both stayed with him until the police arrived

cut a long story short, the police said that the two fellas who looked after my son were well known for causing havoc but for some reason, turned into two of the best fellas i have never met and i will forever be grateful as the police said if they had not been there, it could have turned a lot worse

i guess what i am saying is that these two fellas who were and still are noted for causing trouble suddenly did good and i will always be grateful for that

I don't feel safe to go out in the dark, i'm starting a new job next saturday and will be working till 6pm when winter hits it's going to be dark when i get of the bus to come home and i don't like it one bit i actually get very panicked when i'm out and it's dark, luckily o/h said he will drive round and pick me up from the bus stop as even he dosen't fancy me walking down my road as it's covered with bushes the length of the street you can't even see houses, very scary.

I just dont feel safe going out on my own at all especially now the nights have started to draw in, My son is nearly 14 and he came with me when I walked the dogs whilst my hubby is in hospital - I must admit though unless its daylight - the dogs just get let into the garden - I just dont feel safe.

Having said that I do go out in the car its got automatic locking at about 5mph - I pop out to pick the kids up especially my eldest who travels from London everyday and doing shift work, I dont like to see her stranded waiting for public transport.

I dont walk anywhere alone at night. If I go in the car, the doors are locked as soon as I get in. The one thing which I am very lax about is I should be locking the house when I am inside - I am far too trusting.

No, I dont like being on my own when I have to go out, at night I never leave the house unless im with my hubby.
