Wish they had had this when I had to have my cancer cells removed-would have saved my off-spring alot of worry at the time

Think they're planning to give to girls at 14, I think its a good idea. If it saves my girls the worry I had a few months ago I'm all for it. Also got a friend thats been through the nightmare of CC if that could have been prevented it's all good.

I hope they find a similar test for men fearing prostrate cancer... At the moment, all we're faced with (men) is a VERY LONG biopsy needle after we become symptomatic! For a disease that claims as many men as women (post diagnosis) I'd like to see some advances here. I'd also like to see some focus on bowel cancer and lung cancer but I guess they ain't as emotive as having a tit lobbed off? How sad that we view a cosmetic change above positive progress... We are very focused on cervical cancer and breast cancer but the detection rates from screening are so skewed...

Heart disease... Now there's something to take seriously! How many here have it?

i must agree most research needs to go into men health and awareness, men do need to take the upper hand in demanding more research just as women have done
