I thought this might be an interesting blog to keep up to date with. I wonder how she gets on!

I saw this and wondered if it was really possible.

I once bought something from Comet in a cardboard box with cardboard space packaging (good Sooty!) and refused the plastic carrier bag when offered by the cashier. Problem was I was stopped by the security deadhead at the exit who insisted I went back to the checkout with him where he produced the preoffered plastic bag placed my purchase in it and gave it to me it to me.

He seemed most put out when I removed my purchase left the bag on the counter and walked out.

Good luck buying meat they are not allowed to wrap it paper anymore.
