So, after his re-trial Barry George will walk free later today. He is now innocent of the murder of Jill Dando.
I wonder why the first time round the CPS relied on such a small piece of critical evidence as the small amount of gunshot residue on him. I also wonder how, if he had gunshot residue on him he can be innocent? Logic dictates that if he wasn't there he wouldn't have been able to get any residue on him.
Were the CPS under pressure to find a killer because of the person involved perhaps?
Will they ever find the real murderer or has he just walked free?
