[quote=Escafeldia;195321]When I saw this list I wondered whether you had nine kids or whether you had less and some of your kids had two names. The thread on "How Old are You" settled that question. How do you manage to find names for all those children? We had enough difficulty finding names we agreed on for our three. [/QUO

If we need any help with names Medussa I'll contact you directly after I have thanked God for a miracle. Have a look at the "How Old are You" thread and you'll know what I mean.

Can we take it that you might be increasing your brood or is it just wishfull thinking?

More children...nooooo not at my age. Any more children in my family will have to be produced by my children and I will say that I hope they stick to traditional names...some names given to children these days just make me cringe.

Mohammed was the second most common boy's name in 2007.

It may well be the most common now.

Unusual names have been about for years! Two of my mum's friends in school had great names! One girl was named after her grandmother Agnes, but they spelt it backwards - Senga. Another was christened Winter....her surname was Snow!

When I was in primary school I was the only Amy. There are loads of us now. I have an 18 year old cousin who is named after our great grandmother.... Eliza Jane. I think it's a lovely name.

Sorry Amy but I read your post and this song just came to me

Now I got a gal and you got none
Li'l Liza Jane
I got a gal and you got none
Li'l Liza Jane
Oh, Liza, Li'l Liza Jane
Oh, Liza, Li'l Liza Jane

The lyrics get a little risque after this so I won't post them

Ok Ok I'll get my coat
