Never mind Cannabis - try a Wheelie Bin

There are some genuine 100% gold plated balm pots in our neck of the woods. Never mind about smelling solvent fumes and smoking cannabis to get a "high" now they have started burning wheelie bins and inhaling the smoke. How the hell they manage to get a "high" on burning polypropylene I just don't know but it seems they do.

Exactly that Evie - they are people and people sometimes do daft things. The fact that this idiocy is taking place in Barnsley might have something to do with it. They are a queer lot in Barnsley at the best of times but this really takes the biscuit - or should that be bin?
