Maybe comfortable isn't the right word. Maybe I wouldn't feel comfortable if he lived next door and I had to make small talk to him. I think it might be one of those situations where I don't know how I would react unless it happened.

I would have thought he would have a good stash of cash somewhere so I'd expect him to live in the middle of the countryside somewhere.

Seems like China- Hong Kong- don't want him either. I go with Sooty in that we are responsible for this piece of sh1t.

Re the wider picture, it is a difficult one, and I share your angst that such people are around Medussa.

Driving them out of the area- cos they go to someone else's patch, and it could be your's, does no good, and driving them underground, as they say, is even worse.

Paedophiles abhor me, but I do not go along the lines of some people- not suggesting you Medussa- who take the law into their own hands, which we had one summer over in Hampshire.

Worse still were the mob who hounded the house of a Paediatrician in South Wales.

I'd like to think that those in charge are taking a measured approach to the situation.

Re Glitter, why didn't an official accompany him quietly back here and get him properly placed under the conditions of the Sex Offenders Act?

Well there is meant to be a British Police Officer with him Jezer so why he is being allowed to fart around like this I don't know. I agree with you in that people shouldn't be taking the law into their own hands - there are a few example of people doing this and doing it against the wrong person.

Esca - I'm sure I read somewhere some time ago that chopping them off for sex offenders wouldn't necessarily work. Might make them think twice though !

When a man has the tendencies that Gary has shown the fact is!!!!! he is a threat, he always will be, these men do not get better, it is not an illness, he is a person who not only has mental issues he is also sick and a very evil person, I want no pervs around my beautiful children or anyone else's beautiful children, it is best to just kill people like him, waist of money, resources and a threat to the most vulnerable people on this earth"kiddies" and this sex offenders reg is pants, not worth the paper it is written on, these people are coming out of prison and heading straight for kids and there is no one but no one to stop them, saw a documentary on it a while back and it was a shocker, let's hope God is watching and gives the saddo a real heart attack..............oh and I don't give a monkeys weather he was good on the stage or not, he is better off dead then near our kids!!! and as for child porn, these children go through hell for them pictures to be taken, so please no one think oh well it is just pictures, people like him make the pictures be taken in the first place!!!

Perfectly true Adam but a good clout round the extremities with a large wooden mallet would pass a certain message I am sure.

I think the problem with getting laddo back to the UK is that in order to force him home he would have to have commited a crime in the UK which would allow extradition. Short of kidnapping him the police officer has no jurisdiction outside the UK. To me it seems fairly clear that the Government have passed the word among the other countries and if no-one will take him in then he has no option but to return to the UK. The fact that he has just managed to renew his passport isn't going to help. His best bet would be to buy a small island in the middle of the Pacific, if he can find one, then he can live on his own. No matter where he goes he will be a marked man and someone will find him if he returns and will probably either kill him or do him irreparable damage. I don't condone it but human nature being what it is it will be likely to happen.

Re vasectomy, castration etc which I have also suggested in the past, I found out that it doesn't solve things.

I heard this police officer assigned to padophile work. He said that if one of these 'people' are castrated it merely stops them from doing the 'necessary.'

It does not stop them from their desires and acting out accordingly.

try a frontal labotomy, or removal of part of the brain that ticks for the sexual preference.,Chemical castration, or just bang the shite up in another tai jail, as accomodation of course.
What gets me is the fact they dont just shove him on the plane at gun point and that would be that. They would put anyone else on a plane with no hassle.

im not one for mob mentality but this guy diserves everything he gets.
