I will have no truck with Ouija boards or anything else which involves trying to contact spirits of any sort, other than those which come out of a bottle. I firmly believe that there are "things" out there which are not to be messed with. White witchcraft, or black, is inclined to raise things which should be left alone. Once you start meddling you leave yourself open to all sorts of harm.  |

well as I have said before you can just get a mirror image of something that has happened, like an imprint, on the other hand you can get a ghost if that's what you want to call them come from the other side to check on loved ones, others have never gone over and are travelling about in another plain and can latch onto someone's energy as has happened to me before, they might be caught in a house or to a person, it would also seem that people co exist with us but on another plain/level and sometimes this can be seen, a bit like looking through a window...............

Whilst I've never actually SEEN anything, I often feel the prescence of my Nain (that's Grandma to non welshies!) it's quite comforting really and not at all scary, may sound weird but there's a certain smell (a nice one) I always associate with her house. I sometimes get a really strong whiff of it here, I don't know whether that's her way of telling me she's about or what, but knowing she's around has got me through some difficult times. Have to agree with everyone else about not inviting things into your home/life though, dabbling in any form of occult practice/witchcraft is asking for trouble as many have found out to their cost! If a spirit comes into your life that's one thing, but some doors are closed for good reason, no good can come from opening them

knowing your Nain is there is comforting, that is why she is there to watch over you, so many people miss out on being held in this way by there loved ones by not opening there eyes because they won't see something as there is no scientific proof, I am so pleased for you and your Nain that you can still be there for each other
well said on your second statement totally agree, being visited is one thing but to open the door to all of the nasties is just another one
