Yes,anything is possible jezer,I never heard of it,though we did many experiments on there lots took place on a run ashore the experiment was turning out for your watch on time

OK physics this time I was doing a sonometer experiment (can't remember which one) but it involved tightening a wire until it resonated at the same frequency as something or other. So (you've probably guess it) I start tightening it and twang it breaks. By a complete quirk of fate the Physics master was standing at the end of the table an caught right on the upper thigh. I still see him at reunions, still remembers it, still isn't sure if was an accident or not!

The bloke's name was John Lancaster, Popi, but I think that he was known as Taff.

Crikey jezer,everyone was called Taff,George or Jock in the Navy,it was the only way to remember names
