Default The best and the worst cars you've ever owned

Starting with the worst by a mile mine was a Lancia Beta MC looked superb handled well but had no brakes what so ever. I only kept it for 3 months scared the Hell out of me.

A DB9 almost killed me when the rear suspenpion snapped while I was testing ESP on it but it was a works car so it's excused otherwise that would be up there too.

The best well I always loved my RS2000 yes I know it was a 'tarted' up Escort but it alway behaved itself and having been breathed on was more than a match for my mate's Vixen.

the worst for me had to be a shogun, i brought it thinking i would have a great view and feel safe. i felt like i was driving a bus/tank, the height made it differicult for my daughter to get in and out without falling over, it was gone in 3 weeks.

the bast has to be the car i have now it is a simple renault laguna, 3 litre 6v engine comfy with power when you want it.

The best I ever had was an Isuzu Trooper 4x4. It had a 3.2 diesel that would climb up a wall. Why oh why did I get rid of it for the worst car I ever had:-
a Subaru Legacy Estate. It had the most uncomfortable throttle position of any car I've ever driven. 10 miles and my right leg had gone to sleep. AAAAAAARGH

My first car was a metro.. it only had 3 gears and an economy gear!! I like to think it was ahead of it's time .. although I don't miss having to change down to 3rd when doing 50 to overtake!!

Best is my current BMW 530d Touring (estate) and worst was my first car- a Morris 1300 with more STP in the sump than oil, to block up all the leaks. I remember driving along the South Circular in the rain with my arm physically working the windscreen wipers.

My worst car (which strangely I was most fond of) was an Allegro.

My best car is my current LandRover Freelander.
