TFL Traffic Alerts Service

This is a zoomable map with traffic hotspots etc highlighted. It could prove useful if you are planning to drive in London, or you can just click the CCTV and laugh at the lemmings...

Interesting ...... makes you thankful that you don't live in London.

Like the way you can zoom in on the maps too ....

I used to drive in that every day and thought nothing of it..Wouldn't do it now though.YUK

Excuse me....lemming speaking.You want traffic? I've got traffic. I took this at 10.30 am today returning from a wedding in South London. It shows traffic queuing for the Blackwall Tunnel (about 1 mile to go). In the distance you can see Canary Wharf.(For them as don't know, it's the tower with the pyramidal shaped roof.)

Back in the late 80's/early 90's I had a driving job which involved making deliveries in the West end of London, and this was just before the advent of Red-routes, Gatso's, speed humps, and all the other thousands of 'Big brother is watching you' Cameras!

I'm glad I don't have to deliver uptown these days though, you need four eyes I think to watch out for everything!
