Winter weather: Scotland and England are battered by gale force winds and storms - Telegraph

Its not all its cracked up to be,so do they need to put up collapsible ones in the event of stormy weather.

They should power them out of all the hot air that comes out of politicians mouths and then they might have a viable power source!
