Default Masters snooker

I was hoping there'd be a thread on this as it's about the only thing i have any knowledge on, so i've done one and probably be talking to myself in it
I appreciate that for people with no interest in the game it's probably the most boring thing they've ever seen so look away now lol. I caught the bug as a teenager when my dad was drinking in a club with a couple of tables. There's something incredibly satisfying about potting a ball and getting the cue ball to go exactly where you want it, rare for me lol and it's so much harder than it looks on telly.

Anyway, i really wanted stephen lee to win as he seems a great bloke. Selby has a touch of arrogance about him which helps in a game like that, it's mostly confidence and mental strength unless you've a ridiculous natural talent like mr o'sullivan.

One of the cameras the bbc were using were making me think i had dead pixels on my stupidly expensive telly. It took me all week to notice that it was only that one roving camera that showed the pixel fear, oh well, worse things in the world to worry about

I watched a small amount of the competition, Tele.

I can take it or leave it. I played ocasionally years ago and not very well at that. I think I made a break of around 23 once, and that was a freak!

i do watch snooker whenever i get the chance and Selby walked the final, to be honest-his first major trophy now favourite to win the World Championship in April, £150000.00 in his back pocket, a beautiful girlfriend and getting paid oodles of cash for something you love doing-not doing bad, is he?

i have been playing snooker since i was in my late teens and am still no better now than i was then-won a few trophies but at local club level only and only play very rarely now
