I've always wondered.
Can you suggest some suitable careers for other players

Ballet comes to mind after all they are good at athletically throwing themselves about and looking woefully at the Ref for attention

back in the day they had to continue working just to supplement their playing income which was not brilliant-open a pub as did Peter Lorimer and countless others, start own business like Roger Hunt and Francis Lee-take their badges and join a team-turn to television like Gary Lineker, Andy Gray, Alan Hansen etc-or turn to booze and go nuts like Jimmy Greaves and George Best-ironically two of our best ever players ever were on the beer when they were playing

nowadays, as they have millions in the bank, their tiny football brains probably do not go beyond thinking of ways of boosting their income with the minimum of effort

a tiny few will go into management and become a success-strange how the best managers were not that successful at playing-Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger to name but two
