Well done to her and commiserations to young Tom Daley and partner who only came eighth. He said this:

Let's blame a 14 year old for not getting a medal .. what a grown up thing to do. And I think Daley was right - why the hell was the Aldridge on the phone to his mum in between dives?!

"That's just Thomas - he's over-nervous. Thomas should not be worrying about what I'm doing but he was worrying about everyone and everything and that to me is really the sole reason why he didn't perform."
I think that Tom showed a little more professionalism there.
AND watch the video at abotu 5 minutes - Aldridge made the biggest splash.

The kid was nervous what should a good team player do? That's right ignore him and ring his mum. Somehow I think we've seen the end of that particular pairing.
Chances are against him I fear. A report on the radio said that the individual events contain much more complex dives requiring physical strength, something a 14 year old just hasn't developed yet. I hope they are wrong
