Default Chinese in trouble over Olympic promises

The Chinese Olympic Commitee are having to answer questions about the promises they made to the IOC before they were awarded the 2008 Olympic Games. How fast do the rest of the world think China could act to remedy its record on freedom of speech and human rights? The Olympic Games may just open up China more readily so these problems can be resolved - or not. What do you think?
