Just finished watching the Dragon's Den and I was pleasantly surprised. I've seen bits of the other series but never really watched it properly but I really enjoyed it. Some of the people and idea's make you cringe but some of them are great.
The last one tonight was great and I'm glad they got the money!
Is anyone a regular watcher? Did Peter Jones leave and try and do an itv take off?

I've watched all of the other series and have enjoyed them all but I missed last nights so I'm hoping it will be repeated.
Peter Jones did a sort of cross between dragon's den and The apprentice where contestants set up their own business and the worst performing one each week had to leave and donate any profit made to a central fund which the eventual winner got to keep.
Not as good IMHO as either dragon's den or the apprentice.
Dragons Den is one of my favourite tv shows. I have been watching since the first series. The Dragons can seem a bit much to begin with, but each has their own personality after a while. Once you have been watching for a while prediciting who will invest in what is part of the fun. That and watching for the Dragons squabbling with each other.
Spoiler... at a minimum 2 people to ask for money in each show get. The people who appear last at roughly 45 minutes into each show never fail.
One of my favourites too. I have thught that the Dragons are getting a bit more selective and the punters are getting a bit more daft....I mean, putting sticky tape on the back of head cushions and asking for thousands to promote it is just silly!!
But that bloke with the Reggae Reggae sauce is doing rather well..
