Just found this on the puter- really don't know where it popped up from.

What's the catch, and is it legal?

I got bored reading the T&Cs but this may give an indication

# 2.2 Our website is a place for you to register with our service and then access thousands of film titles ( 'the Films') in four different ways:

1. 1. You can download to own the films made available to you on the website;
2. 2. You can download to rent the films made available to you on the website;
3. 3. You can simply stream the films made available to you on the website; and
4. 4. You can custom make your own DVD compilation and download films to burn to your own DVD which you may watch anywhere

I suspect that, since they use the words 'own and rent' that very few films will be free and the majority of them you will have to pay for.

Number 4 sounds like a blatant copyright infringement to me
