I am going to watch it on BBCi Player this morning Evie. We watched Ainsley Harriet in "Who do you think you are" which was a real eye opener. He was completely different to his usual loopy style - a real nice bloke.

He sometimes goes OTT for my taste but then his father was an actor and he is a chip off the old block. I think you'll be surprised how his behaviour is different to his usual style. There are a few surprises in the programme which you'll find interesting.

I've watched the first episode of "Restaurant" Evie and it was something of a farce in certain respects. I was surprosed how the hell some of the contestants got to the choice stage. The two guys, Scott and Richard, who served up Minted Pea Soup in a Loaf must have been out of their minds. That dish is served up regularly with Clam Chowder on Fishermans Wharf in San Francisco. In that context it is great - Chowder and a Dish you can eat - all very American and zany. The two Caribbean women Annette and Cashel asked for trouble by just making a Sorbet, or if it didn't freeze, a Mousse out of Mango Juice and a Lime. Pathetic - they deserved to go. The others don't fill me with much confidence either and they all got keys. The guy from Barnsley, Chris, just up the road from me, with his Goats Cheese scented Cheese Cake with collapsing Rhubarb topping was lucky and I'll watch his restaurant with some interest.

I could go on ad nauseum but I won't. (Hurrah cry the Crowd). The next few weeks will be very interesting The two Inspectors, David Moore and Sarah Williams look as if they will take some pleasing.

Seem to recall that.

The host got crucified on the word of a stitch who in turn committed suicide. Also the host's right hand man met a grizzly death I think.

Can't remember much about the others- written articles conflict.

They said that that was the last time they'd had supper there.
